How to use

1. Check the voucher sent to the Email/ Mobile (APP) after making the reservation.

2. Arrive at least 10 mins before on the day of the experience.

3. Present the voucher and then fill out the Boarding Declaration Form.

4. Board on the Yacht by following the instructions.

How to go

• Get off the exit No. 3 Dongbaek Station Subway Line no. 2 → Turn left and toward the “Haeundae Habyeon-ro” → Enter the entrance and walk straight toward the left side (GATE 8)

※ Please note that those who request the pick-up in advance must arrive at the GATE 8 at least 15 minutes before. 

Notice

1. Infants under 36 months are free of charge, please make sure to bring your passport with you.

2. All ages are allowed to experience when accompanied by a guardian. And 18 years and over are allowed to participate without a guardian.

3. In the case of weather or other specific conditions, the reservation may be canceled and unable to proceed for safety reasons. In this case, a 100% refund will be provided.

4. Smoking onboard is prohibited. If caught smoking, you will be fined on spot.

5. Please enter the phone number starting with the Korean national number +82-10-1234-5678 due to contact easily with the operator. If you do not have a Korean phone number then please enter the Kakao Talk ID.

    2. Please note that the fireworks show may be canceled depending on the weather.

    3. Simple food can be brought in, but foods that contain great scents will not be allowed.

1. Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wate for those who are late. No refund will be issued for missed shuttle bus.
2. On average, night parade stats at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland’s internal issues.
3. In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.
