Article 1. Agreements
1.1 These Terms and Conditions are intended to prescribe the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users in the use of Internet and mobile APP services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) provided by tourvate.com (here in after referred to as “Tourvate”), and “Tourvate” is operated by Aid Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
1.2 The term “Tourvate” means a website or virtual online market created by the “Company” to enable the “User” to use the products of the Company or its affiliates.
1.3 “User“s include those who access “Tourvate” and those who wish to purchase this service
1.4 These Terms and Conditions are valid between “User” and “Tourvate.” When using the Services of “Tourvate,” the User is bound by additional provisions related to the Services updated from time to time, and all of these provisions, including the [personal protection policy] of “Tourvate,” various benefits, feedback or rules for using events, are the same as those of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2. Revision of Terms and Conditions
2.1 The company will post information such as terms and conditions, names of the company and its representatives, addresses (including addresses of customer centers), and phone numbers on the initial screen of the website for users to refer to. Details of the terms and conditions, such as phone numbers, e-mail addresses, business registration numbers, online sales registration numbers, and personal information management managers, may be displayed on a separate page linked to the first page.
2.2 The Company may arbitrarily change its terms and conditions as long as it does not violate the relevant laws and regulations and will be made at any time without prior notice to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws and regulations.

2.4 If the terms and conditions are changed, the current terms and conditions will be notified on the initial screen of the website seven days before the application date, including the date of application and the reason for the revision. In addition, the changed terms and conditions will be notified by e-mail to the user, and if the user does not raise an objection within four weeks, the user is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Article 3. Services
3.1 Tourvate Services is an easy and simple choice of itinerary, pickup services, tickets, and other travel experience services provided by Tourvate or any third-party vendor (the “Supplier”) that you partner with us on the Tourvate platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we have the right to change, suspend or terminate the Services from time to time, and to add or restrict regulations or amend provisions for individual Services. We agree that we may restrict your use of the Services in part or in whole, and do not have to notify you in advance.
3.2 You may need to pay the vendor for the service of Tourvate and may also need to comply with the vendor’s terms of service. You also agree to take full responsibility for these costs and agree to pay these costs and comply with the Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Tourvate will compensate for any damages caused by such reasons, except if Tourvate is proved to be not intentional or negligent.

Article 4. Content
4.1 “Content” in these Terms and Conditions means any material displayed or used by the Company on Tourvate and includes text, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, videos, audio, data, program codes and other materials. All content is the exclusive property of a person who belongs to Tourvate or has delegated its use rights to Tourvate and is protected under relevant intellectual property laws. Tourvate has the right to change, modify or delete all platform content from time to time and will not be notified in advance.
4.2 In compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the Company agrees to grant you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable use or access to Tourvate and may withdraw this license at any time without prior notice. You agree to comply with the laws relating to intellectual property rights and other applicable legal norms. Content may be used or accessed for personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes only, and in any case, you accept the use, reproduction, translation, transmission, broadcasting, sales, transfer, secondary work on the Platform Content or otherwise not to be used in any way that damages the person authorized to Tourvate. In addition, we agree to take the risk of using or accessing all the Content ourselves, and we are not responsible for the Content to the extent permitted by law, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions of the Content. You are solely liable for any loss or loss caused by the User’s use or access to the Content.
4.3 In the course of using or accessing content, the company may not know who a third-party user is and may not be able to predict or control the behavior of third-party users. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of content, data, or information provided by other third-party users on Tourvate.

Article 5. Registration and Confirmation
5.1 Users are obligated to provide accurate, up-to-date, complete information and to register in accordance with the registration form completed by Tourvate.
5.2 The use contract will take effect from the time the user obtains the user’s approval from Tourvate.
5.3 Users are obligated to notify Tourvate of any changes to their registered user information by e-mail or other means.

Article 6. Termination of a Contract
6.1 Users can apply to Tourvate at any time for termination of the contract. However, all existing transactions must be completed, withdrawn, or canceled prior to notification of termination, and the user is solely responsible for any losses caused by the withdrawal or cancellation of the transaction. The Company has the right to recover all benefits provided to users upon withdrawal from the membership.
6.2 Tourvate may, at our discretion, deactivate or suspend the user’s account at any time in the following cases, with or without reason or prior notice, without any responsibility to you.
1) The user entered misleading information during registration process
2) The user does not comply with a payment obligation in whole or in part
3) The user violates online commerce regulation, e.g. interrupt other transactions, and plagiarize users’ information
4) The user violates obligations in this user contract or relevant laws
5) The user exchange contact information with other users and transact outside Tourvate, lead other users outside Tourvate, or the lessor randomly cancel the rental contract
6) The user sustain considerable damage to company
6.3 Tourvate may, at our discretion, terminate your account without prior notice at any time, regardless of prior notice.
1)The user repeats the action that caused deactivation or suspension of user’s account or does not remedy the action within 30 days

Article 7. Notice
7.1 All communications related to the notification may be provided via Tourvate to an email (in each case an address provided by you).
7.2 Notifications to unspecified users can be replaced by posting them on the site for more than a week. However, important notifications for member transactions are notified individually.

Article 8. Right of Use
8.1 Users are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. Users must provide all items deemed necessary by Tourvate.
8.2 The user is fully responsible for the information described in the Tourvate.
8.3 User content stored in Tourvate may not be reproduced or distributed without the prior consent of the owner; however, user content may be copied using search engine technology or other automatic mechanisms.
8.4 Users acknowledge and agree that they have read these Terms and Conditions by accessing or using the Website and that they understand and agree to comply with them. Any damage caused by failure to recognize the Terms and Conditions is solely your responsibility.
8.5 Users are obligated to use the payment method according to their billing information and cannot use the billing information of third parties. The user is fully responsible for any losses or damages caused by using the payment information of a third party.
8.6 The user is solely responsible for charges and disadvantages resulting from the billing information that the user provided for payments.
8.7 The company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to obtain a pre-authorization to check appropriate rights of the user to the payment method, and to suspend or cancel the transaction until the payment method is authorized.
8.8 In case a minor makes a transaction, the minor himself or the legal agent has the right to cancel the contract if the legal agent does not agree to the contract.

Article 9. Contracts, Fees, Cancellations
9.1 Users can purchase from the website or mobile app.
9.2 Users pay all prices on the order. Payment can be made using a credit card, one of the payment methods approved by Tourvate.
9.3 If the user does not activate and use the voucher within 7 days from the date of purchase, we will only refund it on the website.
9.4 Penalties may be imposed if the user terminates the existing contract.

Article 10. Evaluation
10.1 The website allows users to evaluate our services. Evaluation is not reviewed through Tourvate and may be inaccurate and misleading.
10.2 Users are obligated to make only truthful statements in their evaluations and must comply with the law. The views he expressed do not harm the rights of third parties, nor can they infringe on their personal rights. They should be objective and should not include defamatory criticism.
10.3 Prohibits the use of an evaluation system contrary to the purpose of the evaluation system. In particular, for purposes other than transactions on the website, third parties are prohibited from incorporating situations into situations unrelated to the settlement of basic contracts or evaluations.
10.4 Wiivl does not intervene in the evaluation system. Evaluation is not changed or removed by wiivwl. Evaluation is not subject to change after it is published. Evaluation is permanently saved in the user’s feedback profile and can be viewed by all users. If the feedback contains vulgar, obscene, and racist content, users may be legally liable for damages to other users’ honor that are not allowed for minor or criminal aggressive comments. Since Tourvate does not detect or review evaluation for accuracy, wiivwl cannot be legally liable for posted comments, even if they are defamatory.
10.5 If users abuse the assessment, Tourvate has the option to delete the assessment if.
1) the evaluation must be removed because of an enforceable court decision against those who have created the post
2) the comment contains vulgar, obscene, racist, not permissible for minors, or criminally offensive remarks
3) the evaluation contains another user’s personal information, which includes, for example, name, address, phone number, or e-mail address
4) the evaluation contains link or scripts
5) a user has inadvertently posted a negative evaluation to another user, has however already fixed this error and assigned the same evaluation to the correct user
6) the evaluation has been made by a minor at the time of the transaction or posting the evaluation
10.6 If both parties agree, they may withdraw the assessment posted online. The assessment posts will be deleted and will not be entered into the assessment profile of the account. Comments will be maintained and extended to include references to the withdrawal.

Article 11. Duration, Termination
11.1 The validity, legality or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions remain fully valid, if any, illegal or unenforceable. These Terms and Conditions will continue to apply between you and Tourvate and will remain applicable until the Company terminates these Terms and Conditions. If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions or we deem it necessary, the Company has the right to immediately terminate or suspend your Tourvate Services, access Tourvate, or any of your membership accounts and will not be notified in advance to you.
11.2 If these Terms and Conditions are terminated in accordance with Section 11.1, the Company shall not have any obligation or responsibility to you, to the maximum extent permitted by law, and may cancel and do not have to refund any pre-termination orders.
11.3 Upon termination of these Terms and Conditions, any provision of these Terms and Conditions may remain valid depending on their nature, including but not limited to liability limitations.

Article 12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Litigation concerning any dispute, claim or dispute arising in connection with the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, validity, service use or use of these Terms and Conditions. The Site (collectively referred to as the “Dispute”) shall be settled in a court having jurisdiction over the User. If the User’s jurisdiction is ambiguous or the User’s residence is overseas, it shall be filed with the Court of Jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
12.2 Korean law applies to all lawsuits regarding e-commerce between Tourvate and its users.
