    4. ​​Sky Capsule Capacity : Each Sky Capsule accommodates up to 4 passengers and may be shared with other guests. 

    5. The actual boarding time for the Sky Capsule may be adjusted depending on the conditions on the day.

    6. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you’ll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.

  • • Cancellation before 3 days by 10AM(KST) : 100% Refund

    • Afterwards : No Refund 

    • Tour date change(reschedule) after 10AM(KST) one day before the tour : 
    – A date change fee of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. However , suppose you submit a medical certificate or prescription issued by a medical institution in the country where the tour takes place. In that case, the fee will be waived only for the individuals specified in the document. The required documents must be submitted within three days of the original tour date(KST).

2. On average, night parade stats at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland’s internal issues.
3. In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.
