How to Join the KPOP SBS M The Show Tour Package

1.After booking your KPOP SBS M The Show tour package, check your mobile or email voucher for confirmation.
2. Please check the tour course, which varies by month. Please come to the meeting spot by 13:00. Please find the flag below at the meeting spot.

3. After the tour,  we will move to the SBS Prism Tower.
4. After waiting according to the staff’s instructions, we will head into the studio.

• After getting out of the exit 9 of ‘Digital Media City Station’ on the Airport Railroad Line,  go straight for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then you will see the SBS PRISM Tower building. → Find the STAFF in charge after getting the building

Tips for Enjoying The Show KPOP Tour Experience

1. This tour is only available for foreigners (not available for Koreans). 
2. Reservation might not be possible depending on SBS M situation. If it is impossible after making a reservation, the CS team will contact you via email. 
3. This is a tour led by ‘tour staff’, so admission by yourselves is not allowed. 
4. Due to the lighting and broadcast cameras installed inside the performance venue, the viewing might make you feel somewhat inconvenient. However, refunds and seat changes are not available for this reason. Thank you for your understanding in advance. 
5. LEDs by cell phones and flashlights are not allowed.
6. After entering the studio, it is prohibited to take pictures and record videos inside the studio, and if caught, all materials will be deleted and you will be forced to leave. 
7. Personal behaviors inside the station is absolutely prohibited. Please make sure to follow the staff’s instructions.
8. Please contact the CS team (contact@tourvate.com) by 16:00 10 days in advance to change the reservation date. 
9. You are not allowed to go outside for any reason during the performance, but in case of special circumstances, please let the on-site staff know in advance. 
10. The venue is located on the 3rd floor and requires going upstairs. If your legs are injured, please inform the tour staff in advance. 
11. All food and drinks, including bottled water, are not allowed.
12. After entering, it is prohibited to use the bathroom. 
13. Tours are mandatory. Customers who are unable to attend the tour cannot purchase this product, so please purchase it carefully.
14.The order of admission to The Show will be determined in the order of attendance check at the beginning of the tour.
15. International age 15 years old under available when the parents accompany.
