During peak seasons, the Busan Yacht Cruise may be replaced with the Songdo Marine Cable Car depending on operational conditions.
Each Sky Capsule accommodates up to 4 passengers and may be shared with other guests.
A reminder email with your tour details and group chat link will be sent between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the day before departure. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder.
The Sky Capsule boarding time may vary depending on operational conditions on the day of your visit.
Oryukdo Skywalk and Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory may be closed due to weather or safety conditions. Alternative attractions will be provided if necessary.

- No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
- ※ Tour date change(reschedule) after 10AM(KST) one day before the tour: A date change fee of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. However, suppose you submit a medical certificate or prescription issued by a medical institution in the country where the tour takes place. In that case, the fee will be waived only for the individuals specified in the document. The required documents must be submitted within three days of the original tour date(KST).

Please Keep in Mind
1. Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wate for those who are late. No refund will be issued for missed shuttle bus.
2. On average, night parade stats at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland’s internal issues.
3. In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.
