Travel Tips & Notes
- Everland admission tickets are not included. Purchase them in advance via the link above or on-site at Everland. Tickets are valid on the specified date only.
- If your pick-up location is outside the listed zones, an extra fee may apply or booking may not be available. Please contact the CS team in advance.
- If you are running late, please notify the driver immediately. After 15 minutes of waiting, an extra fee of ₩20,000 per 20 minutes will be charged. If you are late without notification, the driver will not wait and no refund will be issued.
- All reservation changes must be made through the CS team — not directly with the driver.
- If you need to make an additional stop during the transfer, notify the CS team in advance. Extra fees may apply.
- Pets must be transported in a carrier. Availability may vary depending on the size of the pet.

Please Keep in Mind
1. Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wate for those who are late. No refund will be issued for missed shuttle bus.
2. On average, night parade stats at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland’s internal issues.
3. In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.

1. Non-refundable after the mobile ticket has been sent under any circumstances.
2. If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 1day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
