Travel Tips & Notes
The tour operates during the winter ski season, with dates subject to weather and resort conditions.
The itinerary may change due to traffic, weather, or resort operations.
Infants aged 0–2 may join free of charge without a separate seat.
Ski and snowboard packages are available only for guests over 7 years old. Please confirm children’s equipment sizes before booking.
The basic group lesson lasts approximately 1 hour and covers introductory skiing techniques.
Goggles and helmets are available to rent for KRW 10,000 each, and ski gloves can be purchased for KRW 20,000. Prices are subject to change.
Shuttle-only guests may need to wait while other participants collect their rental equipment.

- Equipment and ski clothing rental are included in Options B and C, but not in the shuttle-only package.
Cancellation & Refund
Free cancellation until 10:00 AM (KST), 3 day before the tour date.
No refunds after the cancellation deadline.
No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Date changes requested after the deadline incur a fee of 50% of the reservation amount.
The date change fee may be waived for eligible participants who submit qualifying local medical documentation within 3 days of the original tour date.

Please Keep in Mind
1. Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wate for those who are late. No refund will be issued for missed shuttle bus.
2. On average, night parade stats at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland’s internal issues.
3. In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.

1. Non-refundable after the mobile ticket has been sent under any circumstances.
2. If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 1day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
