How Your Experience Works
- Complete your booking and check your mobile or email voucher after confirmation.
- Please check your tour route (varies by month) and arrive at the meeting point by 13:00. Look for the tour flag at the meeting location.
- Entry to SBS THE SHOW will be determined in the order of attendance check at the beginning of the tour.
- After the city tour, you will move to SBS Prism Tower.
- Follow the staff’s instructions and wait before entering the studio.

- Exit at Digital Media City Station (Airport Railroad Line), Exit 9
- Walk straight for about 5–10 minutes
- You will see the SBS Prism Tower building
- Please look for the staff near the entrance

Please Keep in Mind
1. Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wate for those who are late. No refund will be issued for missed shuttle bus.
2. On average, night parade stats at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland’s internal issues.
3. In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.

1. Non-refundable after the mobile ticket has been sent under any circumstances.
2. If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 1day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
