Some attractions may be temporarily unavailable due to weather or maintenance.
Parking is not included with the admission ticket.
Parking lot is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the one day parking fee is 12,000 KRW.
Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a guardian aged 16 or older.
Free admission is available for infants under 36 months with valid identification.
Date change is available within the expiration date (request within 6 months after purchase), contact tourvate@tourvate.com

Please Keep in Mind
1. Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wate for those who are late. No refund will be issued for missed shuttle bus.
2. On average, night parade stats at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland’s internal issues.
3. In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9hours)
1. Non-refundable after the mobile ticket has been sent under any circumstances.
2. If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 1day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
