- Tour date change (reschedule) after 10:00 AM KST 3 days before : A date change fee of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. This fee may be waived if you submit a medical certificate or prescription from a medical institution in the country where the tour takes place, within 3 days of the original tour date (KST).

Please Keep in Mind
1. Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wate for those who are late. No refund will be issued for missed shuttle bus.
2. On average, night parade stats at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland’s internal issues.
3. In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.

1. Non-refundable after the mobile ticket has been sent under any circumstances.
2. If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 1day before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
