  • 1. Please note that this is not a private tour. The tour will be conducted in English and joined by guests from various countries.

    2. Audio and video recording of the guide’s commentary is strictly prohibited during the tour.

    3. Reservation confirmations are unavailable on weekends and public holidays.

    4. This is a walking tour. (Vehicle is not provided.)

    5. If the minimum number of 4 participants is not reached at least 4 days prior to the scheduled date, the tour will be converted into a private tour with an additional charge equivalent to twice the standard rate. If you don’t want to a private tour, a full refund will be issued.

    6. The tour schedule is subject to change due to the bad weather, natural disasters, COVID-19-related circumstances, etc.

    7. Any options not included in the product may be purchased on-site for an additional fee.

    8. Please be advised that guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions may not be able to participate in the food tour. 

    9. In case of non-participant due to late arrival, refunds or date changes are impossible.

    10. As we will be hiking up a mountain, please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

    11. Since we will visiting sacred sites related to traditional Korean folk beliefs, we kindly ask that you avoid overly revealing attire.

  • The date will be based on business days. (Weekdays 09:00~17:00, Excluding weekends and public holidays)

    – Cancellation before 5 days by 17:00(KST) : 100% Refund

    – Cancellation before 4 days by 17:00(KST) : 50% Refund

    – Cancellation before 4 day – Cancellation on the day of the tour : No Cancellation/No Refund

    – Even if you cancel the product on the day you purchase it, it will not be refunded on the same day.

1. Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wate for those who are late. No refund will be issued for missed shuttle bus.
2. On average, night parade stats at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland’s internal issues.
3. In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.
