    We recommended for those who want to understand Korean Food Culture from ingredients and learn how to cook Korean Food.

Program Information (Approximately 3 hours)

① Food ingredient market tour with chef (Approximatley 1 hour from 10am)

  • Take a tour of Gyeongdong market, which is a largest food ingredient market in Korea, look and pick seasonal ingredients together.

② Korean home meal Cooking Class (Approximately 1.5 hours)

  • You will learn a total of three seasonal Korean dishes and you will make them with the chef.

     

    • Monday, Tuesday : Bibimbap Class (Bulgogi Bibimbap, Kimchijeon(pancake), Seasonal soup)

    • Wednesday, Thursday : Korean home meal Cooking Class (Bulgogi Japchae, Kimchijeon(pancake), Seasonal soup)

    • Friday : Kimchi Class (2 kind of Kimchi, Kimchijeon(pancake), Boiled pork or Tofu, Seasonal soup)

     

    ※ The menu and ingredients may change depending on the season.

    ※ Side dishes and Makgeolli tasting are included.

    ※ Each person makes their own food.

    ※ All menus can be changed to halal and vegetarian menus.

③ Happy meal time together (Approximately 0.5 hours)

  • We will make unforgettable memories while eating the food we made together.

    • Staff will waiting you holding OME Cooking Class market basket. You can easily find it.

Notice

  • 1. Please arrive 5 minutes before the reservation time on the day of the reservation. If you are late, participate in the middle or refund is impossible.

    2. If you have any allergic to certain ingredients or foods, or need to change to vegetarian and halal menus, please let us know.

    (Please write down the information when you make a reservation, or please let us know via  ome@5-tastes.com with your reservation information.)

    3. Other than class participants, companions are not allowed to attend. 

    4. Due to the saftey feature of cooking class where using fire and knife, over 14 years old can participate in.

    5. The market tour will proceed on foot for about an hour. We recommend you to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.

    6. If you have heavy luggage, it may be difficult to move, so we recommend you to bring only light luggage.

    7. Class will proceed even if it rains or snows.  

    8. For class operation, if the minimum number of people (3 people) are not gathered, class may cancel or request to change the date. In this case, we will notify you via email.

    9. Tour and class will be proceed in English.

     

    10. For safe operation, please follow the staff’s guide during the market tour and cooking class.

    11. A notice regarding reservation confirmation will be sent from +82-10-5060-5250 (WhatsApp).

1. Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wate for those who are late. No refund will be issued for missed shuttle bus.
2. On average, night parade stats at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland’s internal issues.
3. In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.
