Travel Tips & Notes
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the class or receive a refund.
- If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements (vegetarian / halal), please let us know in advance. You can leave a note when booking or contact us at ome@5-tastes.com with your reservation details.
- Only registered participants are allowed to attend. Additional companions are not permitted.
- For safety reasons, participants must be 14 years or older due to the use of fire and knives.
- The market tour includes approximately 1 hour of walking. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sneakers.
- Please travel light, as carrying large luggage may be inconvenient during the tour.
- The class will proceed as scheduled rain or shine.
- A minimum of 3 participants is required. If the minimum is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified via email.
- The tour and class are conducted in English.
- For a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow the staff’s instructions throughout the tour and class.

Please Keep in Mind
1. Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wate for those who are late. No refund will be issued for missed shuttle bus.
2. On average, night parade stats at 7:00pm and fireworks starts at 9:00pm. Please note that parades and fireworks can be canceled due to weather conditions/Everland’s internal issues.
3. In case the shuttle bus is cancelled due to a lack of passengers, we will inform you in advance via email.

1. Non-refundable after the mobile ticket has been sent under any circumstances.
